The Roland VG-540 plotter, a pillar of innovation in printing and cutting, is equipped to meet the most demanding requirements of print professionals. This advanced model boasts a 54-inch print width, allowing great flexibility in the production of banners, posters, vehicle graphics and more.
Featuring Roland TrueVIS ink technology, the VG-540 uses eco-solvent inks that not only produce an exceptionally wide colour gamut and deep blacks, but are also less harmful to the environment. With four print heads, it ensures precise and consistent ink distribution, guaranteeing high-resolution prints at up to 1440 dpi.
The integrated cutting system offers unrivalled contour accuracy, enabling complex cuts to be made without changing machines. The automatic tangential cutting function adjusts blade pressure and direction in real time, ideal for clean finishes on thick or thin materials.
The VG-540 also incorporates Roland's intelligent print/cut technology, which optimises workflows and reduces production time. Thanks to the intuitive interface and VersaWorks 6 software, users can easily manage colours, create cutting paths and more.
