Delivery of Your Orders
DG Spare Parts makes every effort to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your refurbished products and second-hand spare parts.
📦 Fast Order Processing
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Important: Our team is unavailable on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note: During periods of high demand, supply chain disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances, processing and shipping times may be extended. In such cases, DG Spare Parts commits to promptly informing the customer of any additional delays.
🚚 Delivery Times
Depending on your selected shipping method, typical delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France: Chronopost, delivered within 24 to 72 working hours.
- International: Delivered via La Poste, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, or GLS depending on the destination. Average delivery within 3 to 7 working days.
